Aariha BIM Works Pvt Ltd [ABWPL] was built by construction professionals who experienced coordination and construction problems on site first-hand—and believed BIM should solve construction problems, not simply produce models.

Two engineers. One obsession. Zero shortcuts.
Ninad is a Civil Engineer with a Bachelor's degree from CEPT University and a Post-Graduate Programme in Construction Management from NICMAR. With experience at leading firms including Shapoorji Pallonji, JMC Projects, and IRB Infrastructure, he founded Aariha Consultants to manage complex industrial and real estate developments.
He later co-founded Aariha BIM Works to integrate advanced digital workflows, accurate quantity estimation, and efficient design delivery into construction.
Rikunj is a Civil Engineering graduate from Nirma University with a Master's from NICMAR and specialized training in Real Estate Financial Appraisal. With experience at Shapoorji Pallonji, Vijay Nirman Co., and Shaligram Group, he brings expertise across construction execution and real estate development.
As co-founder of Aariha BIM Works, he focuses on construction technology, spatial coordination, AR integration, and efficient project execution.
Our Core Strengths
We approach BIM from a construction perspective—not simply as a modelling exercise. Our models consider constructability, installation requirements, sequencing, access and site constraints so that the information developed digitally can support practical execution on site.
Architecture, structure and MEPF are coordinated within one integrated environment to identify conflicts, resolve spatial constraints and improve constructability. Our focus goes beyond clash detection to developing coordinated solutions that project teams can confidently take forward for execution.
Our BIM workflows are backed by engineering and construction-management experience. We review models with an emphasis on accuracy, buildability, system interfaces and project requirements—ensuring that BIM remains connected to the engineering realities of the project.
Sync Drawings extends BIM information beyond the modelling environment. By connecting project drawings with their relevant digital model information, project teams can access clearer visual references at site—making complex details easier to understand and helping keep construction information connected and accessible.
